When I first arrive in America, this was the first recipe that I tried making. I was so eager and ohh so born follower that I just have to stick to the recipe by detail per se. It turned out to be very good and a little spicy. A definitely must try BUT not for the low carb dieters out there.
Lazy dinner Monday. I had a Grilled Pot Roast with Cucumber Salad. I just have too much things going on lately that I don’t have the energy to put up some fancy recipe on my plate. So here’s my share for the night.
Don’t mind the picture. My talent is limited to cooking and writing. I can bet I can make your mouth water with words alone but taking pictures is another story. craving something at this hour…
Do you happen to like avocado so much but is tired of having the same thing over and over again? Try the Avocado Smoothie then. It is sweet, mouth watering…in short, just plain YUMMY! mmmm…

This is the first time that I have to try a Bruschetta, but instead of using french bread, I made it with crackers. The box that came with the recipe was so good to pass on that I just have to try doing it since I already have the ingredients ready.
This was a little meticulous to make BUT really came out good, so everything was worth it.
