Chile Chicken

This dish is commonly cooked in Asian counties, and in the Philippines, this is known to be as “halang-halang“, or spiced food. It is a perfect recipe for the fall season because of its spiciness. You can serve it with rice, bread or even when you are drinking with your buddies, otherwise known as “pulutan“, or finger foods (I mean, you can use the fork :))

Sister’s and Cooking.

Last month was my sister’s birthday. As a personal tradition between sisters, I have always been the one who cooks for her birthday ever since because no one else would do it. She wouldn’t, but she’s got a lot of visitors coming in. Since, I wanted to do something for her ALWAYS, and the excuse to cook something is hard to refuse. I do it. EVERY YEAR.
